Seeing as I'm getting involved in health and fitness I thought it may be helpful to add a few good links on this blog from websites I think are worth checking out if you need some information on how to get fit and healthy. There are loads of websites available but some have caught my eye more than others so I will only put up 3 or 4 in this blog and if you want to know anymore then leave a comment or give me a message. Anyway here are some good websites:
Mens Health UK - Great for people who want to get a overall guide of how to start and carry on with fitness. It covers practically all the basics and the forums a good laugh as well with some helpful people on it.
Mens Health USA - Very similar to the UK version but from my personal view it contains more information on it and its updated regularly.
T-Nation - This is my favourite website as it contains great guides for various topics and it's articles are a great read.
Bodybuilding.com - Don't be scared off by the name as this website is a great place for detailed information on anything in fitness whether its bodybuilding, workout ideas, nutrition or exercise for teens or women, this place has it all.
